About HCICS 2026
2026 International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction and Cognitive Science & The 5th Chinese Forum for Master’s and Doctoral Research in Arts Management (HCICS 2026) will be held in Chengdu, China from December 4 to 6, 2026. Centered on pioneering theoretical breakthroughs, technological upgrading and integrated scenario-oriented application within relevant disciplines, it serves as a high-end platform for academic exchanges and achievement sharing for scholars worldwide.
Grounded in the fundamental cognitive mechanisms and core logic of human-computer interaction, the conference integrates artificial intelligence, digital technology, artistic experience, cultural and creative management and other interdisciplinary subjects. It carries out in-depth interdisciplinary research focusing on hot frontiers including multimodal interaction, intelligent human-machine collaboration, user cognitive behavioral analysis and immersive interactive experience. Jointly organized with the 5th Chinese Forum for Master’s and Doctoral Research in Arts Management, this event explores innovative practices of cognitive science and intelligent interactive technologies in digital art, cultural tourism and creative industries, art communication and arts management, bridging gaps between theoretical research, technical practice and industrial commercialization.
Bringing together distinguished experts, scholars, young academic researchers and industrial practitioners globally, the conference adopts diversified academic activities such as keynote speeches and roundtable seminars for attendees to present latest findings, exchange academic ideas and reach academic consensus. Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (ACM ICPS) alongside the proceedings of ICADI 2026. The proceedings will be submitted to indexing databases, such as EI Compendex and Scopus, subject to their scope and acceptance criteria.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
